I am reaching out to you to let you know how wonderful and caring the entire rehab team is at our facility!! You can be proud of the job, hard work, and love they give each and every day to our residents.
I personally have witnessed them and receive compliments from the families and residents daily. It’s with much gratitude and respect I have for this amazing team, and we have reached out to our local newspaper to honor them.
Karen believed in me so much that I could get better, and I started to believe in me too.
I want to share with you an example of how amazing Karen Johnson is. One of our residents shared with me that when he came, he could do nothing for himself and couldn’t walk, and actually had given up. Karen worked with him, and he said, “Karen believed in me so much that I could get better, and I started to believe in me too.” He did improve and walked out with his family. I witness this in some form every day.
